Background

Venkata Kuchi has 25+ years of hands-on Finance Transformation and EPM experience, based in Singapore. His career covers the full project lifecycle: requirements, solution design, build, testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilisation, with consultant experience across public sector organisations, government-linked companies, multinationals, and regional enterprises in Singapore and APAC.

Clients work directly with Venkata throughout every engagement. The model is senior-led and selectively scaled when required. Accountability remains with one experienced delivery lead, from the first conversation to go-live and beyond.

Venkata holds certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, and Workday Adaptive Planning, covering implementation and administration across all three platforms. The knowledge is hands-on, not theoretical.
